OTP Fort Wayne is located on the northwest side of Fort Wayne less than two miles from I-69.

From the north: Take I-69S to Exit 112A Coldwater Rd. Turn left onto Coldwater and proceed south about one mile. Turn right onto E Collins Rd then turn right again onto Speedway Dr. OTP Fort Wayne is immediately on the left.

From the south: Take I-69N to Exit 111A US-27S/Lima Rd. Turn right onto Lima Rd and proceed about one mile. Turn left on W Coliseum Blvd then turn left again onto Speedway Dr. OTP Fort Wayne is past Stable Drive on the left.

From the east: Take US-30W to I-469N. Proceed eleven miles around the north side of Fort Wayne to I-69S, then three more miles to exit 112A Coldwater Rd. Turn left onto Coldwater and proceed south about one mile. Turn right onto E Collins Rd then turn right again onto Speedway Dr. OTP Fort Wayne is immediately on the left.

From the west: Take US-30E to I-69N. Exit after one mile onto Exit 111A. Turn right onto Lima Rd and proceed about one mile. Turn left on W Coliseum Blvd then turn left again onto Speedway Dr. OTP Fort Wayne is past Stable Drive on the left.
